How to find us

Easily accessible by car, train or plane

From a geographical point of view, Göttingen is easily accessible within Germany, and the Parkhotel Ropeter Göttingen is also easily accessible on one of Göttingen’s access roads. You can reach us quickly and easily by car via the motorway. Nevertheless, the Parkhotel is only 3.5 kilometers from the beautiful city center of Göttingen and can therefore be easily reached by train. We look forward to seeing you!

How to reach us by car:

A7 Hannover – Kassel, exit 73 “Göttingen- Dransfeld”. Continue in the direction of the city center. After 1.5 km the hotel is on the right hand side.

From the ICE train station Göttingen

From Göttingen train station take a taxi (approx. € 10.00) or bus lines 61 and 120 from Bahnhof/ZOB stop, line 120 get off at Gotteslager (20m to the hotel) line 61 get off at Deisterstraße (10m to the hotel).

From Hannover Airport

From Hannover airport you can reach Göttingen by train in approx. 1.5 hours. You take the S-Bahn directly from the airport to the main station in Hannover and take an ICE (which runs every hour) to Göttingen.

From Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport

There is also a very good train connection from the airport in Frankfurt. Plan approx. 2.0 hours for the trip. The connection takes you either via Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof or Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe.
