The range at the conference and event hotel Ropeter is huge. 12 conference rooms from 25m² to 450m² offer a large selection of possibilities. We also have a very large garden which is highly appreciated also by our seminar customers.

We see the following events particularly frequently:

• One-day or multi-day seminars and training courses for 5 to 20 participants. It starts early and often we talk until late into the night. Not only do you learn something, the participants also get to know each other well. We ensure a healthy diet and recommend a small workout in the gym before dinner. After all, balance is important.
• Meetings or conferences lasting one or more days. Between 30 and 150 conference participants. Perfect conference and audio technology is necessary and usually things have to work out flawlessly around noon. Of course, this is no problem for our experienced kitchen and service crew. Very often the participants divide into groups and conduct a World Café. Don’t worry, we know our way around and take care of the right rooms and spaces. During summer, events can also be held in the hotel garden.
• If there is something to celebrate, we decorate the winter garden and cook fine menus with a really good selection of wine.
• Product presentations and road shows. Many companies and associations present their new products and innovations in our function rooms. Of course, the central location and very good accessibility are important arguments for the organizers of customer events. And we ensure perfect interior design, stage and lighting. Delicious finger food or other catering ideas will be prepared for you, because the success of your event is very important to us.
